TERMS & CONDITIONS

Which payment methods do you accept?

We provide Credit Card (Master, Visa & American Express), PayPal and Offline payment (Direct Debit) as our online shop payment methods. Please choose the one you would prefer after pressing the CHECKOUT button. You are required to input your information and shipping address for one shopping time record. You will receive an email with the delivery details and the confirmation of the orders once the payment is gone through.

* We accept the payment currency in AUD; USD; GBP; EUR; HKD; RMB , the exchange rate is according on the purchase day

 

 

Do you offer gift cards / promotion?

Promotional offers and discounts are available on the site at varying times. If the offer requires a promotional code this must be entered in the promo code field on the site to redeem (only one code can be used per order). Promotions will only qualify on a single transaction that meets the terms and conditions and cannot be applied to orders already processed. Offers exclude sale items and gift cards unless stated otherwise and discount prices are in AUD$ and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers.

Every promotion will have it's own terms and conditions.


All matters of dispute will be subject to the final decision of CALENACTIVE owner.   

What is your return policy?

Once orders are placed, cancellations are not available.

A refund is only available if the wrong order is sent by CALENACTIVE. In this case, we will do a full refund of the purchase price of the product

 

Remarks:

1.    All items must be returned new, unused and with all CALENACTIVE garment hang tags still attached.

2.    During our sale clearance, products are marked for SALE (as well as products that have been altered using our alteration service) cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.

3.    Return requests made outside of our 7 days policy will be accepted at the discretion of CALENACTIVE.

 

In case of any dispute, the decision of CALENACTIVE shall be final and conclusive.

Do you offer exchange sizes?

Yes, only.....

1.    Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase.

2.    You must provide your name and address.

3.    The returned items must not be stock clearance /SALE items.

4.    The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached.


In case of any dispute, the decision of CALENACTIVE shall be final and conclusive.

What is the Delivery terms?

Delivery Area:

We offer shipping to worldwide (residential and business addresses ONLY. PO Box and hotels addresses are NOT included).

Shipping fees will be applied for delivery to different locations.

Shipping Fee:

There is a shipping fee based on the orders quantity and delivery location.

The areas of HKSAR, CHINA and Margaret River (Western Australia)  with the orders of OVER AUD$200 will be shipped for FREE.


Delivery Method:

We provide Door to Door delivery for both residential and business addresses but do NOT include hotels or PO Box addresses. We will provide you with a tracking number when your shipment is ready.

Store Pickup: 

We provide store pickup for both Margaret River and Hong Kong orders ONLY

Before consumers picking up the products, we will email you the notification with the time, date and nominated shops details. Your order confirmation and ID will be needed for picking up at the store.


Delivery Time:

We will deliver your order within 3-5 working days from the date you settled your payment.

Orders are delivered Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, excluding Saturday & Sunday and statutory Public Holidays.

Remarks: CALENACTIVE will NOT take any responsibility for delivery delays.


Undeliverable orders:

Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts or refused by recipient. When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, customers need to be charged with extra delivery fee and handling fee by case.

Please ensure buyer is authorised recipient to sign for delivery, CALENACTIVE will NOT be responsible for any loss due to package received by other recipient.

All matters of dispute will be subject to the final decision of CALENACTIVE owner.   

Privacy Policy:

All buyers information are confidential and only for trading purposes.

In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of the Statement, the English version shall prevail.
